Requirements

Responsibilities

Assist with basic account opening for existing customers.
Provide service to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues.
Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
Create sales opportunities through service transactions and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Support branch sales and service activities by participating in seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, and product initiatives.
Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to protect customer and bank assets.
Assess risk in business decisions, consider the firm's reputation and the safeguarding of Citi, client, and firm assets, comply with applicable laws and policies, exercise sound ethical judgment, and transparently escalate, manage, and report control issues.
