The Universal Banker PT (20hrs) - New Hanover Branch position is a regular, full-time role requiring English fluency and a 1st shift work schedule. The primary responsibilities include providing timely and efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies. The role also focuses on delivering superior client service, identifying and understanding client financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities, particularly outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The position involves educating clients on digital self-service solutions, participating in team sales processes, and understanding the importance of IRM to deliver Truist expertise. Teammates are expected to participate in leadership routines, commit to continuous learning of products and services, adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
