The Universal Banker will educate clients on self-service options, including digital solutions, and refer clients to other business partners for specialized needs. They will also process routine and complex transactions, drive sales conversations, build a pipeline of appointments, and assist with lobby management. A strong risk management culture and operational safety are essential.
