The Universal Banker position is a part-time role requiring 20 hours per week. This role involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. The Universal Banker will deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding client financial needs. This position is cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The role requires adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and staying informed of all changes in policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current guidelines. The Universal Banker will also serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services to clients and prospects.
