We're excited to welcome an enthusiastic Member Relationship Representative (MRR) to our branch team! In this dual-role position, you'll split your time between building financial relationships and supporting daily teller operations. From opening new accounts and processing consumer loans to accurately handling cash transactions, you'll support a variety of member needs while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities

Educating and guiding members on financial products tailored to their needs
Proactively identifying opportunities to help members save money and simplify their finances
Opening new accounts and onboarding while providing ongoing support
Taking and processing consumer loan applications
Supporting day-to-day branch operations , including transactions and account inquiries
Engaging with members to build lasting relationships through in-person and phone interactions
Collaborating with team members and other departments to achieve goals
