The Universal Banker position is a part-time role requiring 20 hours per week, with Saturdays being a mandatory work day. This role involves completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, handling money properly, and delivering superior client service by understanding their financial needs. The position also supports sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Teammates will educate clients on digital banking solutions, participate in team sales processes through client outreach, and understand the importance of IRM to deliver Truist expertise. Full participation in established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines is expected. Continuous learning through meetings and training is crucial for serving consumer and business clients effectively. Adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies is required, staying informed of all policy and procedure changes to ensure compliance. The role also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
