About The Position

The Universal Banker provides a top-notch customer experience while supporting clients’ financial goals through thoughtful interactions, banking solutions, and accurate processing of customer transactions within established guidelines. The role assists clients in person and by telephone, supports account services and referrals, and performs cash-handling, ATM, vault, logging, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Banking experience required.
• Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to travel to branches, off-site training, and/or meetings as needed.
• Flexible to service clients during banking hours.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assist clients with banking transactions and maintain a cash drawer.
• Answer client questions in person and over the telephone, escalating issues as needed.
• Open new business and personal accounts and initiate wire transfers.
• Provide clients with services and products that support their financial goals, and refer clients to business partners.
• Assist with ATM maintenance and the cash vault.
• Complete required logs and compliance activities.
