The Universal Banker position is a part-time role requiring 20 hours per week, with a Saturday requirement. This role involves completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, providing superior client service, and identifying client financial needs. The Universal Banker will also be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Key responsibilities include delivering a distinctive client experience, educating clients on digital banking solutions, supporting the sales process through client outreach, understanding IRM, participating in leadership routines, committing to continuous learning of products and services, adhering to internal controls and policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
