Universal Banker (Teller/New Accounts)
About The Position
The Branch Banking Specialist provides exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the branch. This position performs a combination of teller transactions and new account responsibilities, assisting customers with their everyday banking needs while identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships. Primary duties will be opening personal and commercial accounts, including CDs and IRAs. In addition, this position is responsible for maintaining accuracy when handling cash, processing deposits, cashing checks, withdrawals, processing cash advances on credit cards, issuing cashiers’ checks, issuing money orders, and ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Legally authorized to work in the US.
