This role manages and staffs Universal Banker I positions and performs audit functions. The Universal Banker II manages the Teller Line to meet expected Sales and Service Standards, providing coaching and tracking referral goals. They participate in branch opening and closing procedures and are responsible for branch operations in the absence of the Retail Relationship Manager and Retail Client Experience Manager. This position also performs the functions of a Universal Banker I as needed due to staffing and client traffic. The role is responsible for providing exceptional service to all existing and potential clients, managing the full client experience efficiently, identifying sales opportunities, making referrals, and handling service transactions.
