The Float Universal Banker position requires travel to multiple assigned branches to provide timely and efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies. The role focuses on delivering superior quality service, identifying and understanding client financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities as needed. Specific activities may change, but the core functions include providing a distinctive client experience, educating clients on digital solutions, supporting the team with client servicing calls and offers, participating in leadership routines, committing to continuous learning through training, adhering to internal controls and policies, and serving as a point of contact for account maintenance and problem resolution. Float Universal Bankers are assigned a home branch but will support multiple branches within their designated coverage area, with schedules provided in advance but subject to change based on staffing needs. They will receive direction from the Branch Leader of the location they are working in.
