The Float Universal Banker position requires travel to multiple branches as assigned by the Area Leader and/or Branch Leader. This role is responsible for the timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. The Universal Banker will deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding client financial needs, and will be cross-trained to support sales and service activities as needed. This role involves engaging clients, educating them on digital solutions, supporting the team with client servicing calls and offers, participating in leadership routines, and committing to continuous learning. Adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies is essential. The Float Universal Banker will serve as a point of contact for account maintenance, problem resolution, and identifying solutions, while also being assigned to a home branch but scheduled to support multiple branches within a designated coverage area. Schedules will be provided in advance but may change based on staffing needs, and Float teammates will receive direction from the Branch Leader of the location they are working in.
