About The Position
Under the direction of the Program Director or designee, performs duties in directing the work efforts of assigned staff, ABA and behavioral support program functions, and day-to-day operations of the program staff tasks; performs related work as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a human service field.
- Two (2) years experience as an applied behavior analysis aide/technician for children with autism.
- Will consider individual actively working toward attainment of Bachelor’s degree in human service field with expected degree completion within one year of hire.
- Two (2) years experience as an applied behavior analysis aid/technician for children with autism.
- Must be willing and able to work weekends, holidays, or irregular hours.
- Must have a valid Michigan Driver’s License, current automobile insurance, and the use of a personal vehicle during work hours. Employee must maintain a valid license to retain employment.
- Ability to physically perform the tasks.
- Ability to provide supervisory coverage for Autism Services and behavioral support programs.
