Requirements

Ability to work independently, manage your tasks, and take initiative when needed.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Detail-oriented, able to stay organized, and handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using computers and basic office equipment.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism, helping them feel comfortable and informed.
Organize, maintain, and prepare patient charts and records, ensuring everything is accurate and up-to-date.
Answer phone calls, assist with scheduling, and make pre-arrival calls to ensure patients are fully prepared for their appointments.
Accurately enter patient information and process daily charges into our electronic system, contributing to the smooth operation of the unit.
Help with supply management, including tracking inventory and ensuring the unit has everything it needs to function efficiently.
