This role is a full-time, on-site position where timely and regular attendance is crucial due to the team-based batch manufacturing approach, which requires batches to be manned for worker safety and may involve mandatory overtime, including evening, night, or weekend rotations.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to operate in a self-directed environment and complete tasks on time and thoroughly as assigned.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational decision as required, maintaining production levels.
  • Ability to read and write.
  • Must be able to safely operate a forklift.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain established quality standards per production requirements.
  • Maintain maximum line speeds and productivity of all machines assigned.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify production issues and troubleshoot, as appropriate.
  • Complete all required production records accurately and completely.
  • Maintain housekeeping and lean manufacturing standards.
  • Identify quality issues, attain established productivity standards, and maintain accurate daily production records.
  • Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform related responsibilities as required or directed.
