About The Position
Unit Manager RN (Chase City Health & Rehab) Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to use your clinical and exceptional patient/employee experience focus to connect with and make a difference for our patients and caregivers? Chase City Health & Rehab Center, in Chase City VA, has an opportunity for a dynamic RN Unit Manager to join our team of caring compassionate caregivers. You will: Coordinate, manage and evaluate resident care and unit operations Help lead our nursing team to provide exceptional care Come work in a safe environment and be part of a team that is driven by our mission: to provide peace of mind to those we care for: our patients, residents, families and staff.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing in VA
- Exceptional leadership, clinical and customer service skills
- Ability to motivate, build caring relationships, and communicate effectively
- CPR Certification
- A caring heart with a strong desire to make a difference in our patients' lives
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred
