RN Unit Manager
About The Position
NHC Lewisburg is seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to join their team. The role involves working with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessments and the development/revision of individualized care plans. The Unit Manager will maintain open communication with patients and families, encouraging their participation in decision-making. This position also includes supervising LPNs and other nursing partners as assigned, and performing other duties as directed by the Director of Nursing. Requirements
- Tennessee Registered Nurse, RN Nursing license

Responsibilities
- Working with the interdisciplinary care team, to assure accurate patient assessment and development/revision of individualized plans of care.
- Maintains open and ongoing communication with patients and families, providing opportunity and encouragement to participate in decision making.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
