As our Recovery Solutions Unit Manager, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day. The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit: You’ll lead a team of Recovery Specialists responsible for helping customers resolve delinquent accounts while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure Team Members deliver strong results while providing a positive customer experience. You’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence through effective workforce management, performance monitoring, quality oversight, and continuous process improvement. You will develop talent, foster a culture of accountability and engagement, and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, customer outcomes, and overall departmental performance.
