About The Position

ESFM is seeking a Unit Manager, Business Services, to join our organization. The Business Services Manager will oversee and coordinate all soft services operations across the facility to ensure a safe, clean, efficient, and high-quality environment for employees and visitors. This role is responsible for managing service delivery, vendor performance, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and measure employee experience initiatives tailored to site needs and client goals, identifying gaps and opportunities to drive proactive workplace solutions.
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand their needs, translate challenges into actionable initiatives, and enhance overall soft services performance.
Oversees vendor performance across housekeeping, plants, vending, and other services, ensuring quality and compliance.
Leverages data and feedback to improve service efficiency, sustainability, and workplace experience.
Manages planning and operational support for site-wide and stakeholder events to ensure seamless execution.
Provides guidance and coaching to facility coordinators to support high performance and strong stakeholder engagement.
Identifies challenges, develops proactive solutions, and aligns initiatives with broader workplace strategy and sustainability goals.
Leads projects from concept through execution using structured methodologies for consistent delivery.
