About The Position

The Unit Director manages residential services and direct support staff and coordinates services across disciplines to support residents’ health, safety, active treatment, and personal goals. The role ensures that residential and program services follow accepted best practices, the U.S. Department of Justice Settlement Agreement, and applicable state and federal requirements.
