The Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County is a non-profit organization providing young people ages five (5) to eighteen (18) with a safe and positive place to spend their time before and after school and during the summer. Clubs are strategically located in neighborhoods and are accessible to all kids. Under the direction of the COO the Unit Director is responsible for the management of club programs and daily operations in accordance with Boys and Girls Clubs of America (BGA) and Boys and Girls Club of Snohomish County (BGCSC) requirements, and the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy to increase membership and average daily attendance. In addition, the Unit Director is responsible for managing the performance of club staff, the care and up-keep of the facility, community and school relations, club budget, and fundraising. The Unit Director must be a strong leader who leads their team, complies and implements with BGCSC policies and procedure, and is comfortable using BGA and BGCSC software in accordance with attendance tracking for club members, club safety, BGA and merit trainings, and staff management. The Unit Director will also be responsible for working with BGCSC Development Team on fundraising and events to produce donations to their club and the BGCSC organization. The Unit Director is responsible for staff performance and managing all club operations as well as the connected sites.
