About The Position

The Unit Coordinator will assist the Wellness Director with all scheduling needs and work directly with them. This role requires the ability to create schedules for all areas of the nursing department and collaborate with the entire nursing team. The Unit Coordinator must be able to fill open positions on the schedule using creative methods, be detail-oriented, computer literate, and possess excellent communication and people skills. The position may also require being on-call.

Nice To Haves

  • Recent experience as an Unit Coordinator in an assisted living community
  • CNA or Nursing Assistant Experience
  • Appropriate license
