About The Position

As a Unit Coordinator, you’ll be a central point of communication for the care team, supporting nurses, caregivers, residents, and families. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help ensure that care plans, schedules, and resident needs are managed efficiently and compassionately.

Requirements

  • Detail oriented
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great 'people skills'
  • Current LPN or RN License

Nice To Haves

  • Recent experience as an Unit Coordinator/Assistant Director of Nursing in an assisted living community preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Wellness Director with all scheduling needs and work directly with them.
  • Do schedules for all areas of the nursing department.
  • Work in collaboration with the entire nursing team.
  • Fill open positions on the schedule with current staff through creative methods.
  • Be available to be ‘on-call’.
