About The Position

Sentara Obici Hospital is hiring a Part Time Unit Coordinator for IMCU. This is a great entry leadership role for those looking to branch into leadership. The RN Unit Coordinator demonstrates proficiency in nursing practice for the assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager, they lead safety and quality initiatives, focus on and simplify workflow, and contribute to the development of staff. The role aims to increase staff satisfaction and promote excellent customer service.

Requirements

Registered nursing License (Required)
18 months nursing experience (Required)
BLS required within 90 days of hire

Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN (Required)
Masters of Science in Nursing - MSN (Preferred)
Professional Specialty Nursing Certification (Preferred)
