About The Position

As a Unit Coordinator/QMA, you’ll be a central point of communication for the care team, supporting nurses, caregivers, residents, and families. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help ensure that care plans, schedules, and resident needs are managed efficiently and compassionately.

Requirements

  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Should have great 'people skills'
  • Appropriate license

Nice To Haves

  • Recent experience as an Unit Coordinator and QMA in an assisted living community
  • QMA and Nursing Assistant Experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Wellness Director with all the scheduling needs and work directly with them
  • Do schedules for all areas of the nursing department
  • Work in collaboration with the entire nursing team
  • Fill open positions on the schedule with current staff through creative methods
  • Be okay to be ‘on-call’
