About The Position
Riverside Community Care is seeking energetic, passionate, confident, and skilled workers for their unique Clubhouse locations. This role offers a vibrant, fun, and challenging environment where you will work one-on-one and in groups. The ideal candidate will be motivated to assist members with social and event planning, fundraising, health and wellness activities, food services, advocacy, and other manual and clerical responsibilities. This position requires a passion for teaching, organizing, and planning. The Unit Coordinator will engage Clubhouse members in the work of the Clubhouse, assisting them with employment, education, community resources, and finding their voice. Responsibilities include creating and organizing evening, weekend, holiday, and special events to connect with the community, and assisting members in adopting healthier lifestyles through exercise opportunities and Health & Wellness educational forums.

Responsibilities
- Engaging Clubhouse members in the work of the Clubhouse.
- Working side-by-side with members to assist with navigating employment, education, community resources and finding a voice.
- Creating and organizing evening, weekend, holiday, and special events as a way to connect with the community.
- Assisting members live a healthier lifestyle through organizing exercise opportunities, and Heath & Wellness educational forums.
- Promoting and offering a good health program to all of our members to live a healthier lifestyle.
- Assisting in other unit activities related to food services, advocacy activities, and other manual and clerical responsibilities.
