We are currently seeking a Unit Clerk to join our team! Monday thru Friday from 4pm-7pm Cadia rewards it’s employees for their hard work and dedication to providing the best care possible, with a wide-range of benefits and perks to show we care.
Requirements
- Must possess, at minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess excellent computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior work with elders in a community or long-term care setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet, direct, and assist visitors to resident rooms, office areas, etc., as necessary
- Retrieve medical record information promptly upon request by authorized individuals
- Record appropriate resident identification data in designated medical records
- Keep nursing service personnel informed of resident scheduled appointments
- Scan/File admission papers from sending facility and all diagnostic reports into the medical record
- Scan/File all diagnostic reports into the medical record
- Schedule resident follow-up appointments and arrange transportation for diagnostic and therapeutic services as needed
