This Unit Clerk position is located at Samaritan Medical Center within the 01.8992 SMC NURSING FLOAT PERSO Department. Requirements
- Accurate spelling required
- Knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations
- Keyboarding and computer skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Must demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with all age groups
- Must be able to keep calm under stress
- High school level of knowledge necessary to read physicians' orders and transcribe them correctly

- Secretarial/clerical courses preferred
