About The Position

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a Unit Clerk for the Emergency Department (ED). This is a full-time night shift position (11 pm-7:30 AM). The Unit Clerk provides support for patients, visitors, and colleagues on assigned nursing units. They facilitate efficient patient throughput, including admissions, discharges, and transfers. The role also supports patient experience and culture of safety goals through equipment maintenance, unit supplies, unit appearance, and overall environment of care. Additionally, the Unit Clerk provides reception-type services to patients, families, visitors, and other unit guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three to six months previous related experience

Nice To Haves

• Preferred customer service, retail, clerical experience
