Supports unit operations by managing communications, coordinating patient flow, maintaining records, and assisting with patient education. Serves as a resource for hospital systems and devices, ensures business continuity readiness, and monitors unit cleanliness and safety. Promotes excellent customer service and compliance with regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment.
