About The Position

Executes standard and moderately complex Division 7 field tasks to support high-quality installation of waterproofing, insulation, firestopping, and building envelope systems. Applies working technical knowledge to perform assigned activities independently, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with project specifications. Collaborates with crew members and trade partners to coordinate materials, work sequencing, and cleanup while maintaining a safe and organized site. Adapts installation techniques to project conditions and contributes to discussions to resolve moderately complex technical challenges.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of experience in Division 7 construction, waterproofing, insulation, firestopping, or a related field.
Complete the OSHA 10 program within 6 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification.

Responsibilities

Install Division 7 systems, including waterproofing, insulation, firestopping, and related envelope components, in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
Interpret work plans and independently execute moderately complex tasks, ensuring work quality and alignment with Division 7 standards.
Coordinate daily work activities with team members to support efficiency and clear work sequencing.
Monitor equipment and materials for proper condition and safe operation, and promptly report issues.
Adjust installation methods and material applications to address irregularities or unforeseen site conditions.
Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas; follow safety policies and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Provide informal guidance and support to less experienced workers, promoting learning and correct Division 7 installation practices.
