About The Position

The Crew Lead guides daily Division 7 field operations and ensures waterproofing, insulation, firestopping, and building envelope systems are installed accurately in line with project specifications and quality requirements. The role applies advanced technical knowledge of Division 7 materials and methods to coordinate complex work, including membrane application, flashing installation, and moisture protection, and to resolve site-specific challenges. The Crew Lead works with project teams and other trades to address technical issues and supports team capability through guidance on safe material handling, equipment use, and installation techniques. Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
4–6 years of experience in Division 7 construction.
Complete OSHA 10-Hour Construction training within six months of hire.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Install and assemble Division 7 systems, including waterproofing, insulation, firestopping, and building envelope components, in accordance with project plans and quality standards.
Track installation progress and provide technical guidance to resolve on-site challenges involving materials, application methods, and system integration.
Coordinate daily work with project teams and other trades by participating in site meetings, sharing technical updates, and adapting activities to project needs.
Prepare the site by organizing Division 7 materials, arranging equipment, and sequencing work to reduce delays and improve efficiency.
Document Division 7 work, on-site incidents, and material usage, keeping project records detailed and up to date.
Support less experienced crew members with installation challenges and provide expertise on leading practices.
