About The Position

The Crew Lead Division 7 leads daily Division 7 field operations and ensures precise installation of waterproofing, insulation, firestopping, and building envelope systems in accordance with project specifications and quality requirements. The role applies advanced technical expertise in Division 7 materials and methods to coordinate complex work, including membrane application, flashing installation, and moisture protection, and to address site-specific challenges efficiently. The Crew Lead collaborates with project teams and other trades to resolve technical challenges, supports knowledge transfer among crew members, and advises on safe material handling, equipment use, and installation techniques. Requirements

High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
4–6 years of experience in Division 7 construction.
Complete the OSHA 10 program within six months of hire.

OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification.

Responsibilities

Install and assemble complex Division 7 systems, including waterproofing, insulation, firestopping, and building envelope components, according to project plans and quality standards.
Track installation progress and provide advanced technical guidance to resolve site challenges involving materials, application methods, and system integration.
Coordinate daily work with project teams and other trades, participate in site meetings, share technical updates, and adapt Division 7 activities to project needs.
Organize Division 7 materials, arrange equipment, and plan work sequences to reduce delays and improve efficiency.
Document Division 7 work performed, on-site incidents, and material usage in detailed, up-to-date project records.
Support less experienced crew members in resolving moderately complex installation challenges and provide expertise on leading practices.
