About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to join their team. This role involves delivering and recovering scaffolding equipment, tools, and supplies to customer worksites. The driver will operate a Class A truck, typically hauling equipment on a flatbed (dovetail) or RGN (lowboy) trailer in various conditions, including urban, suburban, and rural settings, and must be able to drive safely in tight spaces like construction zones. This position is labor-intensive, requiring the driver to load and unload their own truck for pickups and deliveries. Experience with a Moffett (truck-mounted forklift) is a plus. Requirements

Valid Driver’s license with CDL License
Acceptable driver's record
Prior training and/or experience with similar commercial equipment preferred
Experience driving flat-beds, RGN/lowboy, dovetail trailers
Experience driving trucks in and out of tight spaces like on construction sites.
Customer service attitude

Nice To Haves

Experience with a Moffett -truck mounted style forklift is a Plus.
Knowledge of Scaffolding a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver and recover a variety of Scaffolding equipment, tools and supplies to and from the customer worksite.
Drive a Class A truck hauling equipment on a flatbed (dovetail) or RGN (lowboy) trailer in a variety of conditions, including urban, suburban, rural settings.
Drive safely in tight settings such as construction zones.
Load and unload own truck for pick ups and deliveries.
Troubleshoot and make minor repairs to equipment and vehicle at job sites.
