About The Position
City Wide Jani, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Union Janitorial Technician to provide evening cleaning services at a commercial facility three (3) evenings per week. We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment while working independently and efficiently.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance is required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass any site-specific onboarding requirements, if applicable
Nice To Haves
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust accessible surfaces and blinds
- Clean entrance glass and wipe door/window frames
- Clean and disinfect restrooms
- Restock restroom supplies
- Clean breakroom and kitchen areas
- Wipe and disinfect tables, counters, sinks, and other high-touch surfaces
- Vacuum carpeted areas, including corners and edges
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout the facility
