About The Position

Cleaning Technicians are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at assigned locations. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must submit to drug testing
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, walk, or sit for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Perform basic janitorial duties
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Dust and sanitize surfaces
• Complete site-specific cleaning tasks and seasonal/project work as assigned
• Follow safety protocols for chemical use and PPE
• Report equipment or supply needs to supervisors promptly
• Maintain punctual attendance and complete assignments on schedule
• Provide excellent customer service and represent City Wide Jani professionally
