About The Position
The Uniformed Unarmed Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both employees and visitors at our facility in El Paso, TX. This position involves monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The associate will serve as a visible deterrent to potential security threats while providing assistance and guidance to individuals on-site. Effective communication and conflict resolution skills are essential, as the associate will interact with a diverse range of people daily. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Texas Level 2 Guard Card required.
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- Familiarity with emergency response procedures.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
