About The Position
Join our team as a Part-Time Uniformed Unarmed Security Associate, where you’ll play a key role in protecting our people, property, and customer experience. You’ll serve as a dependable on-site presence, helping customers and staff feel safe while preventing issues before they start. With consistent attendance and solid performance, you can increase your pay to $20/hr after your first 90 days.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state-issued ID
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- Previous security, customer service, or related experience
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Understanding of basic security practices
Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor designated areas to maintain a safe environment
- Serve as a friendly, professional presence for customers and employees
- Address basic concerns and de-escalate minor conflicts with calm authority
- Quickly report suspicious activities or incidents
- Conduct routine facility and equipment inspections
- Assist management and emergency responders when needed
