About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Uniform Room Manager. This role involves managing the daily operations of a uniform room, implementing appropriate policies and procedures, hiring, training, and developing employees. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring service and goodwill with customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum 2 years' managerial experience
• Experience managing at least 5 employees
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including overnight travel
• Valid driver's license
