About The Position

The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International. As a Uniform Attendant, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age required
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

Responsibilities

• Assist guest with all uniform related needs and provide excellent customer service consistent with the company and property’s core service standards and brand attributes
• Maintain all uniform inventory including, but not limited to: assigned garments, garments going to and from the cleaners, and standing inventory
• Work with uniform inventory software to maintain employee and inventory records, including applying barcodes/RFID chips and name labels
• Operate conveyor system, heat-seal, pressing equipment, and other uniform related machinery including commercial washing machines and steam irons where applicable
• Assist with receiving new uniform inventory and discarding unusable items
• Adhere to all Health Department, OSHA, sanitations, and safety regulations to include chemical usage for spotting
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
