About The Position

RCSS 2430 Dougall Ave, Windsor, ON N8X 1T2 is seeking a Customer Support representative reporting to the Asset Protection team. Our Customer Experience Ambassadors are the friendly faces who greet customers as they enter, offer assistance, and contribute to a positive and safe shopping environment. You'll collaborate closely with other store colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Requirements

Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with store teams and customers.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a natural talent for making connections and building rapport.
A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanour that puts customers at ease.
Proven ability to maintain composure and provide assistance during challenging or urgent situations.
Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Candidates who are 18 years or older are required to complete a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and support, acting as a welcoming first point of contact for all customers and colleagues.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide guidance, including supporting a seamless customer flow at store entrances and exits.
Proactively identify and address potential safety hazards (e.g., spills, wet floors) to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for everyone.
Respond calmly and effectively to any urgent situations, escalating as needed to ensure customer and colleague well-being.
Maintain accurate records and complete required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store operations and customer satisfaction.
