About The Position

This is a remote position. Seeking a Unifier & Web Services Administrator to support existing staff with the administration and maintenance of Oracle Primavera Unifier and support the DFA business owners within the Bureau of Building, Grounds, and Real Property Management and the creation of a new web application for DFA’s existing reservation system currently integrated with Primavera Unifier. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and supporting Oracle Primavera Unifier Version: 26.6 and higher, making changes to existing business processes, data views, user-defined reports, BI custom prints, etc. The administrator will identify configuration defects and make necessary corrections, assist application administrators with first-level user support, and maintain existing ASP code for the reservations portal and the DFA Bureau of Buildings (BOB) project listing web pages.

Requirements

  • A four-year degree from an accredited school in Computer Science, Information Technology, or like field.
  • Direct experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier (Version: 26 experience is required).
  • Direct and specific experience creating applications in multiple programming languages.
  • Direct database design and administration.
  • Experience with application and database security, privacy, and compliance decisions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Visual Studio to include the use of Visual Studio 2026 version 18.7.2.
  • Advanced knowledge of VB.NET, .NET Framework, .NET CORE programming.
  • Advanced knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), and SQL database.
  • Proficient with IIS configuration.
  • Proficient with Windows Server versions 2016 through 2025.
  • Advanced knowledge of C#.
  • Documentation and knowledge transfer experience.
  • Excellent English-speaking skills, written communication skills, and knowledge transfer skills.
  • Drupal Content Management System versions 10 and 11.
  • Web application development and the ability to publish web applications via Visual Studio to IIS.
