We are looking for a Unified Communications Engineer (Level 2) who is obsessed with making collaboration seamless. You won't just be managing tickets; you'll be optimizing the digital workspace for a global team, ensuring that every call, meeting, and message is crystal clear and completely secure.

Requirements

• Administrative experience in M365 with a focus on Exchange online, email hygiene and collaboration platforms like Skype and Teams.
• Strong Network and VoIP technology experience with Routing & Switching Protocols, TCP/IP, QoS, SIP, VLANs, and WAN protocols and technologies.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of M365 Hybrid configuration environments is preferred.
• Experience in MDM solutions and end-user support of mobile devices preferred.
• Understanding of Enterprise Voice infrastructure components and adjacent technologies such as Microsoft Teams Calling, Microsoft Exchange integration and Active Directory, as it pertains to UC services is preferred.
• PowerShell scripting experience preferred
