About The Position
This position is for a Unified Bowling Coach for a coed team at Thurgood Marshall. The role involves coaching responsibilities for 10-20 hours per week, with specific hours dependent on meets and practices.
Requirements
- Detailed knowledge of current practices, rules, principles and technical skills of bowling
- Ability to recruit and sustain a program
- Valid and up to date First Aid, CPR, AED & Concussion Management and DASA certifications
- NYS Coaching certification
- Completed an internship for the particular sport OR possess a temporary or permanent NYS coaching license for the particular sport
- NYS fingerprinting clearance
Nice To Haves
- Head/assistant coaching experience at the Modified level or equivalent credentials
- Valid Concussion Management Certificate
- Previous Coaching Experience
- School District Recommendation
