Requirements

Previous insurance underwriting experience preferred
Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High degree of professionalism, dependability, and accountability

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Review work for accuracy and ensure underwriting guidelines are consistently followed
Monitor workflows and help prioritize daily assignments to meet service levels
Collaborate with management to improve processes and increase operational efficiency
Communicate professionally with agents, internal departments, and leadership
Perform quality control reviews and resolve underwriting issues
Utilize Microsoft Excel to track production, analyze data, and prepare reports
Maintain accurate records while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail
