As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in evaluating and underwriting insurance applications for property and casualty coverage. You’ll assess risks, analyze property details, and collaborate with our field teams to make informed decisions. This role doesn’t involve production goals, but you’ll provide valuable support to senior underwriters and help manage accounts effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
Detail oriented; strong analytical skills and good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Evaluate insurance applications to determine the best course of action—whether it’s accepting, modifying, or declining a risk.
Carefully review property details like value, location, usage, and safety features to make sound decisions.
Working closely with field teams, you’ll gather the information needed to support and defend your underwriting choices.
Directly contribute to protecting businesses and ensuring they have the right coverage for their needs.
