About The Position

Our Underwriting Quality & Education Consultants work hard to maintain the National Underwriting Framework for all lines of business – this includes completing File Reviews, assessing training needs, and delivering of Underwriting Education Content. They are passionate about developing the knowledge base of our Underwriting team nationally, and are approachable, friendly, and above all else, want to see the company succeed. Given the nature of the role, and its place within Corporate Underwriting, the technical knowledge for the Underwriting Learning Consultant is at the Executive Underwriting level.

Requirements

15 years of Underwriting experience, with in-depth knowledge of Property, Casualty, and Auto (with a strong Commercial focus)
Completion of the CIP/FCIP designation.
Strong relationship building background, with a team approach

Nice To Haves

An understanding of Adult Learning Principals is an asset
Bilingualism (French and English) is also an asset
