  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with others and takes a proactive approach to getting things done.
  • Curious and eager to learn, motivated to develop your knowledge of underwriting and the wider insurance market.
  • Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in growing your career as part of an ambitious and collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, reliable support that enables our underwriting teams to operate efficiently and deliver an exceptional service to brokers.

  • Managing renewal activity, including monitoring upcoming renewals and outstanding accounts.
  • Maintaining team trackers and spreadsheets to ensure data is up to date and accessible.
  • Processing policy servicing tasks such as mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and broker of record letters.
  • Onboarding broker contacts and granting access to internal platforms.
  • Supporting finance with follow-ups on outstanding premium payments.
  • Issing notices such as cancellations and conditional non-renewals.
  • Ensuring underwriting files meet internal quality, compliance, and audit standards.
  • Supporting audit preparation and working closely with compliance where required.
  • Contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and broker experience.
