Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of Underwriting or business-related experience.
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively multi-task and problem solve.

Responsibilities

Run and provide internal reports using Excel as requested.
Assist with month end tasks, confirming numbers and reviewing reports.
Complete offboarding account requests.
Offer recommendations within your team and collaborate with other internal departments we support.
Complete contract renewals and policy exception requests.
Update tracking logs and enter/update account information into company database.
