About The Position

SitusAMC is seeking an Underwriter at the Director level. The role requires at least 15 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically including 2 or more years in an SVP-level role or an external equivalent. The description notes that responsibilities may include other related duties as needed to meet the organization’s ongoing needs, as well as participation in additional training.

The annual full-time base salary range is $350,000 to $350,000. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location, and market data. Certain positions may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, subject to program guidelines, position eligibility, and Senior Management approval. Full-time employees are eligible for PTO, paid holidays, and various benefit plans, in accordance with applicable program and plan terms.
